How time flies. My 888 buddy is 3 years old with me. Thanks to Maeno for the lovely gift. Today is Singapore 53rd National Day. So it is great to celebrate both occasions. Let’s talk about details. The fadings are impressive. For these regular cutting , the honeycombs are much more larger. Great for outdoor. Though I think I still prefer tighter version 883 🙂 Size: 31 / Kurashiki 14.5oz denim / wear: almost daily / wash: 5

Eternal 888 denim diary: stair climb

My regular exercise in my favourite pair of jeans. Eternal 888 is perfect for outdoor. Regular cutting has more room for knee cap area. Comparing to Eternal 883, Eternal 888 has less distress areas for all the outdoor activities such as parkour, climbing and running.

ETERNAL 888 DENIM DIARY: stair climbing

My usual stair climb with my buddy. 3 steps per stride. My denim exercise to break my Eternal 888. Obvious contrast fading after the 3rd vinegar wash. The beautiful indigo is delicious. That’s how I would describe it hahaha

Now I can see the results. Only after one year the fading started to show, it takes patient and faith on Eternal jeans. One have to know the famous 24 times rope dye deep indigo is worth waiting for. I guess the next move is the vinegar wash and more fading are sure to show up. Next, let me share about the comfortability. I truly enjoy a regular fitting silhouette. Though I feel it made me looked portly. Overall it’s a classic vintage cutting. Great in hot humid climate in Singapore if you parkour in jeans 😀

eternal 888 denim diary: bukit batok nature park

Bukit Batok Nature Park. A small park that packed with so many surprises. Spotted Thrasher birds, Temasek shrimps and of course with the tranquil quarry. My Eternal 888 is 1 year 10 months old//1 soak//2 wash//worn 5 days per week// This stage most fadings are obvious. Train tracks, whiskers, honeycombs, roping and vertical fading to name a few of them. Will show more details soon :-O
